Luxury Covers is currently unable to accept returns of used items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Luxury Covers products are custom made to the specifications of your vehicle. Luxury Covers offers an extensive product variety using the maximum fabric/ color choice. It is similar to visiting a custom upholstery shop, selecting type of materials and fabrics, having a skilled tailor measure your vehicle and fabricate your desired product. The only difference is that Luxury Covers saves you the money, time and hassle of visiting the upholstery shop. Please remember that Luxury Covers does not have access to your vehicle. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with the exact information about your vehicle and your choice of material/s, while placing the order. We are unable to take ANY return on custom products.

 

 

Installation Problems & Troubleshooting:

 

Some products require special installation. Please e-mail Luxury Covers prior to returning a product. In many cases, customers want to return a product due to incorrect installation. Luxury Covers reps. can help you with the correct installation.

 

 

Returning Any Product:

 

 

Please send us an e-mail with detailed information such as reason for return, invoice number and complete name

We will call or e-mail you usually within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and shipping instructions. Products returned without an RMA number will be refused and will not be reimbursed.

 

 

     All products that are returned for credit or exchange must be in the original container. The original invoice must be enclosed. All products received must be in resalable condition as well. Products that are sent back for repairs must be returned in original packing conditions.

 

     Seat covers are to be packaged in a flat box; do not roll, ball up or force-pack the product into the carton. Luxury Covers will not be responsible for damages to the products that are not properly packaged prior to returning

 

 

 

Shipping costs:

 

Luxury Covers will pay return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the product(s) to us. If you decide to ship the product yourself Luxury Covers will not reimburse shipping expenses. If the exchange is not the result of an error on our part, normal shipping charges will apply for exchanges.

 

 

 

 

Luxury Covers cannot guarantee credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our return policy.

We'll beat any legitimate price and give you an extra 5% off for your trouble. If you find a better price within 30 days of your purchase, send us an e-mail to telling us where you found the item, and we'll beat the price plus an extra 5%!

 

 

Backorders:

 

Shipping times vary depending on the product. But, due to the high-demand of our quality products, we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular model or item. We will happily backorder normal orders at your request. You will be advised within 24 hours of your order if the requested item is on backorder.

Manufacturer warranty Policy

 

 

WORKMANSHIP - The warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase on all custom products.

**Workmanship consists of quality of fit and sewing. In case of poor fit or sewing failure, Luxury Covers reserves the right to repair or replace the product in its sole discretion.

 

 

 

MATERIALS - The warranty for interior products, (seat covers, dash covers, etc.), unless otherwise noted, is one year from the date of purchase. In case of material failure, Luxury Covers reserves the right to repair or replace the product in its sole discretion.

 

Custom car cover materials are warranted as follows:

All material warrantees are pro-rated.

 

For Example: If a Stormproofฎ car cover fails after two years a customer will be entitled for a credit of 50% of the invoice value towards a replacement cover.

 

Please exercise the above procedures in ordering to avoid unnecessary returns.
